President’s Dinner Additional Fee
Note, the President’s Dinner is NOT included in the conference registration fee. Cost to attend the President’s Dinner is $75 per person in addition to your conference registration fee.
 

We are committed to delivering a safe experience for attendees at Cando’s Annual National Conference.

Our commitment to safety includes requesting a proof of double vaccination or a negative PCR COVID-19 test (taken within 48-72-hours) prior to gaining access to the conference. We also encourage safe behaviours such as physical distancing, mandatory mask usage when indoors, no hand-shaking and daily self-health screening. If you experience any flu-like symptoms, we ask you not to attend the conference. Extra measures may also be added as per Saskatchewan's public health regulations at the time of the event. Cancellation Policy

Regular Cancellation Policy: Notice of 2 weeks is required for full refund.  No refunds will be issued for less than 2 weeks’ notice or no-shows.

Cando understands that conference attendees may need to adjust their travel and conference attendance based on the recommendations and requirements from the Provincial Government. A full refund will be issued if the Saskatchewan Provincial Public Health Order or Government of Canada issues new travel restrictions that directly impact your attendance at the conference.

A full refund will be issued in the event that a registered delegate tests positive for COVID-19 prior to travel and attendance at the conference (a copy of a positive Covid-19 test result prior to the conference start date must be provided).

In the event that the Cando conference must be postponed, a credit will be applied to your registration, which will allow you to attend the conference at the newly set date.
