In the summer of 2003, CANDO coordinated a meeting of National Aboriginal organizations working in Aboriginal community economic development. A follow-up meeting took place in Ottawa on March 21 - 22, 2005. One of the results of these meetings was to gather policies and procedure documents from these organizations, and other sources.
