Dan Huang is a Senior Planner and Principal with Urban Systems in Victoria, BC. He is a Registered Professional Planner with over 19 years of experience in both the private and public sector. Dan has worked with First Nation communities across Canada, from Sidney, British Columbia to Sydney, Nova Scotia. He specializes in land use planning, infrastructure management, policy and finance, and developing key linkages within a sound governance framework. Dan has a BA in Urban Geography from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Planning from Dalhousie. He is the President Elect of the Planning Institute of British Columbia, and a board member of the Victoria Chinatown Care Society.
