2010 TRADE SHOW & ARTISAN SHOW AND SALE


This year’s Conference featured 40 trade booths representing institutions and organizations from across the country. The trade show was held at the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel & Conference Centre from September 27 - 30, 2010 occupying the Great Room A and Great Room Prefunction Space. The trade show was open from 8:00 am to 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 28, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 29, and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Thursday, September 30. Coffee breaks during the plenary sessions were optimal times for delegates to view the trade booth area and ask questions of exhibitors. Conference delegates also had an opportunity to browse the displays set up by local artisans. This year CANDO was pleased to have 5 artisans who set up booths in the trade show area. Beautiful handicrafts, paintings, jewelry, clothing and other artwork were available for purchase. CANDO sincerely thanks and appreciates all of the artisans who attended this year’s event.
