Roland Bellerose

Roland Bellerose is a frontiersman in new media business, a pioneer in publishing, a communications' strategist and a man with a vision has been equally blessed with the talent, the drive, the commitment needed to carry through any challenge. Roland's desire to embrace his Cree heritage extends beyond his personal achievements as he takes pride in the achievements of Canada's Aboriginal communities. Roland's success is connected to his receiving a BA in communications from the U of C in 1988. With his 20 years of experience he is recognized as one of the leading Aboriginal communications experts in Canada. Roland has built a solid reputation for quality marketing, communications and publishing with an Aboriginal perspective. His endeavours to promote Aboriginal enterprise and provide significant exposure for Aboriginal business ventures led him to start-up aboriginaltimes magazine, a national business publication he began in 1996. He has also designed and led initiatives to bring the benefits of advanced technology to the Aboriginal community resulting in enhanced business opportunities.

For the past two years, Roland has harnessed the power of his experience and wisdom to introduce his next big venture. He has diligently worked to attain knowledge in all aspects of the internet and web based businesses. Roland has always challenged the way people think of themselves and others acting as a change agent changing the dynamics in which we live, not for himself but to improve the lives of all Canadian citizens alike, Aboriginals and non Aboriginals. As one of the thought leaders in the Aboriginal community, Roland's new venture connects all elements of social, educational, and economic development in Aboriginal communities. It is a timely solution to serve and augment the socio-economic movement happening today. Come hear him speak on his newest and probably most exciting venture that could improve the lives of our community forever.
