Upon moving to the Coast Salish territories of BC’s lower mainland in 1996, she soon started the socially responsible sales and marketing company called Spiritlink Communications. • promoting innovation and social responsibility with products like the Aboriginal Language Thank You Postcard and ‘earn and learn’ work experience projects for that pay and train Aboriginal Youth in media literacies
Over the last 10 years, Kristin has worked for and with Aboriginal organizations like CANDO, Kla-how-eya, Helping Spirit Lodge Society, Native Education College, First Nations Education Steering Committee, Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business and Siyamin Artist Cooperative.
