Francine Michaud
Francine Michaud has joined the Office of Small and Medium Enterprise (OSME) Quebec's Region Team in September 2006 as Chief, SME Stakeholder Engagement. She has been Acting Regional Director for the past year and has developed a strategic framework to increase the ability of regional SME’s to access federal procurement contracts. As Senior Advisor in the Research and analysis Directorate at Canada Economic Development, Francine has established a program of research studies and strategic watch activities on socio-economic trends related to SMEs. She holds an M.B.A. for HEC Montreal.
Francine Michaud s'est jointe à l'équipe du Bureau des petites et moyennes entreprises (BPME) à la région du Québec en septembre 2006 à titre de Chef, Participation des PME. Depuis plus d'une année, elle est Directrice régionale par intérim et a élaborer un programme stratégique régional destiné à faciliter l’accès des PME aux marchés du gouvernement fédéral. À titre d’analyste principale de la direction recherche et analyse à Développement économique Canada, Francine a élaboré un programme d’études et d’activités de veille stratégique sur les tendances socioéconomiques relatives aux PME. Elle détient un M.B.A. des HEC Montréal.
