Balgovind Pande, Director of Business Development
Balgovind Pande (BA Economics) has more than ten years experience consulting communities and organizations on policy analysis and development for First Nation communities, including Naskapi Nation, Mohawk Nation (Kanesatake), and some Cree communities. He specializes in project development and management; project fund raising; community development; policy analysis; capacity-building; human resources development; health and social services program implementation; small-business development; information communications technology research and implementation; management operation systems analysis and procedures; software conceptualization, testing, and training.
Balgovind Pande has been intimately involved in the business planning, fund-raising, implementation and operational management of the telecommunications infrastructure for Naskapi Imuun.
